Laura Lashley's solo exhibition at SECCA features all new paintings from this prolific local artist. Painting mandalas and patterns, Lashley's work is contemplative for both the artist and the viewer. Many of the works in this exhibition were painted using leftover materials from her recent commission inside the Ramkat concert venue. These new paintings were started during Taurus season, allowing the artist 4 - 6 hours each day to escape stress.
Proceeds from Southern Idiom support both the artist and SECCA's exhibition fund.
