Explore the intersection of art and nature with botanist Dr. Kenneth Bridle

Thursday, February 16, 2023 @ 6:00 pm | McChesney Scott Dunn Auditorium

Wild Ones @ SECCA is a four-part conversation series exploring the relationship between our health and the health of our planet through the written word, sound, and visual art. This series is presented in partnership with the Central North Carolina chapter of Wild Ones, and in conjunction with SECCA's current exhibition, Lauren Strohacker: Old Red, I know Where Thou Dwellest.

For the first installment of Wild Ones @ SECCA, botanist and artist Dr. Kenneth Bridle will share his knowledge of Forsyth County's incredible biodiversity and highlight the natural treasures specific to our part of North Carolina. A selection of his artwork, which illustrates Ken's love of art and science, will be also on view for the evening.
