See how wheat paste is used to create temporary murals in this free hands-on experience!

Led by Durham-based artist Raj Bunnag, you'll learn to make wheat paste from scratch and experiment with techniques for pasting printed paper to different surfaces. Raj will also share insights from his own artistic journey and lead a tour of his works, which are featured in our current exhibition If These Walls Could Talk

About Raj Bunnag
Raj Bunnag is a Thai American artist living and working in Durham, North Carolina. His overarching art practice examines systematic racism inherent in American institutions and public policies. Bunnag received his MFA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2022 and his BFA from the Maryland Institute College of Art in 2012. His work has been exhibited nationally and internationally at the SAC Gallery Bangkok, American University Dubai, CAM Raleigh, the Jewett Art Gallery at Wellesley College, The University of Wisconsin Parkside, and the Kai Lin Art Gallery.
