Join SECCA for cocktails and a party with thefacesblur in celebration of the artist's immersive Main Gallery experience!

Thursday, April 29, 2021 @ 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm | Sculpture Deck

The final week of Liminal Projects opens on April 28th with an immersive gallery experience featuring mind-bending 3D art and cutting-edge motion graphics by Durham-based artist, light technician and musician thefacesblur. Heavily utilizing projections, this experience will be on view in SECCA's Main Gallery through May 2, with a special cocktail night and party with Adam Graetz (the artist known as thefacesblur) and Ginger Fox Beverage on Thursday, April 29.

The event is free to attend. Beverages will be available for purchase via credit card. Face coverings are required while waiting in line at the bar, and at all times when entering SECCA's buildings.

ABOUT LIMINAL PROJECTS

SECCA invites visitors to explore a month of interactive, interdisciplinary, and experience-based programming during the month of April. Experimental in nature, Liminal Projects invites audiences to interact with the Main Gallery in a different way than a typical visit, sparking curiosity and ideas through varied and unique ephemeral experiences rather than curated exhibitions. From workshops and performances to dance and yoga classes, SECCA is proud to work with community partners to bring Liminal Projects to life. Learn more here.
